Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026. By using SecretVN you agree to these terms. SecretVN is operated by Jharah Global Experts Ltd (RC 1979731), Abuja, Nigeria.

1. Who can use SecretVN

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware you use SecretVN.

2. Your account

Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Usernames that impersonate others or are offensive may be reclaimed.

3. Your content

You own the voice notes, hints and replies you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them so the service works (for example, playing a note in an inbox). Senders agree that receivers may listen to, download and share notes they receive, including as videos on social media.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Community Guidelines. You may not use SecretVN to break the law, harass people, send spam, try to identify anonymous senders, or interfere with the service.

5. Disappearing notes

Notes are deleted automatically after the retention period shown in your inbox. Save or share anything you want to keep before it expires. We aren't responsible for notes that are deleted as described.

6. Price

SecretVN is free to use. We may show advertising to support the service.

7. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers

SecretVN is provided “as is”. Voice disguise makes recognition much harder but no technology can guarantee that a sender will never be identified, especially from what they say.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
